What Topics Are Accepted

High-quality, original, well-researched submissions are welcome in (but not limited to) the following categories:

  • News: Recent developments in AI, breaking announcements, policy or regulation updates, industry shifts, or major research breakthroughs.
  • Applications: Use cases of AI across domains (e.g. healthcare, finance, education, creative arts), success stories, implementation challenges, and domain-specific AI deployments.
  • Tools & Products: Reviews, comparisons, walkthroughs, and assessments of AI-powered software, platforms, libraries, tools, APIs, hardware, or other AI-related products.
  • Trends & Insights: Analyses of emerging patterns, predictions, thought pieces, deep dives into research directions, market impulses, ethical/ societal implications of AI, or long-term forecasting.

Submission Guidelines

To maintain high standards and deliver value to readers, submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Content should be original — not published or submitted elsewhere.
  • Suggested length: 1000 – 2,000 words (or as agreed beforehand).
  • Organize content with clear headings/subheadings; use short paragraphs, bullet points, or numbered lists when helpful.
  • Ensure clarity and readability. Avoid unnecessary jargon — if technical terms are used, include simple explanations.
  • Support statements or claims with credible references, sources, or data (e.g. research papers, reputable articles, official documentation).
  • If including screenshots, diagrams, or images, ensure proper usage rights/licensing and include correct attribution.
  • Limit external links — include at most 1 contextual link inside the article (e.g. to a study or related page).
  • Submit articles in .doc / .docx / Google Docs format (or similar); include a short author bio (2–3 lines), with optional link to a personal blog, LinkedIn profile, or portfolio.

How to Submit

Send article submissions or pitch ideas to info@aiweeklyreviews.com with the subject line “Guest Post Submission – [Proposed Topic]”. For pitches: include a brief outline or summary of the proposed topic. For full submissions: attach the manuscript and author bio, plus any relevant credentials or sample work (if available).

Upon review (typically within 5–7 business days), a decision will be communicated. Accepted articles may undergo minor edits for formatting or clarity before publication. Final content will be published under the contributor’s byline and may be promoted across platform channels.
